How long does the process take?
The Brand Glow Up runs about 8 working days. Wish Upon a Site is a 5 day build. The Total Dream Package is a 3 week process from kick-off to launch. You’ll always know exactly what’s happening and when. No chasing me for updates, no radio silence.
What do I need to bring to the project?
For branding you’ll fill out a brand quiz before we dive in. That’s how I pull out your story, your voice, and your vision. For website projects you’ll bring your own copy and photography. Don’t worry, I’ll send you a guide so you know exactly what to prepare.
how do payments work?
Most packages have a single payment option or a payment plan option. Your deposit is due at booking to lock in your spot and the remainder is due before final files or your website are delivered.
How many revisions do I get?
Every package includes two rounds of revisions. If you need more beyond that we can talk through options. Additional rounds are billed at my hourly rate.
Do you work with clients outside of Charleston?
Absolutely. Charleston is home but Wishbone serves small businesses across the US. Everything happens virtually so distance is never a factor.
What happens after my project wraps?
Every project includes a personalized training video and brand guidelines so you know exactly how to use everything I hand off. Website projects also include 30 days of post-launch tech support so you’re never left figuring things out on your own.

Do you offer ongoing support or retainer packages?
Yes, but exclusively for past Wishbone clients. Once we've worked together and your project is complete, you'll always have a place to come back to.
Options include a dedicated half day or full day rate for when design needs have been building up and you want to knock them out in one focused session, a monthly retainer for ongoing support built around your business and your budget, or work on a case by case basis at my hourly rate for smaller one-off needs.
