Outside the studio, life looks a lot like a warm Southern home. Think Magnolia meets modern boho, with plants in every corner, a good audiobook always playing, and a five year old who fully believes she's in charge. I'm a wife, a mom, a self-proclaimed plant obsessive, and someone who has a Pinterest board for every room in a house I'm still slowly making my dream home.
You'll also find me grabbing coffee with a friend or wrangling toddlers at a playdate, because getting to know people over something simple and real is kind of my love language. And yes, I absolutely have an audiobook playing in the background of all of it.
But one thing has been constant through all of it. I have always found joy in making things look and feel beautiful. It started way before I had a name for it. Back in school I was always the one going a little too hard on the visuals for every project, adding flourishes and details nobody asked for but everybody noticed. Then my senior year I joined journalism class and something just clicked. I realized I didn't just love making things look good. I loved the way great design could tell a story, set a mood, and make people feel something.
That was the moment I knew. And honestly? I never looked back.
What followed was fourteen years of design experience across magazines, national ad agencies, home retail, corporate direct sales, and women's fashion. I've worked alongside seasoned creative directors, built visual identities for brands you've actually heard of, and sat in the rooms where the big brand decisions get made. Now I bring all of that to the small business owners who deserve that same level of strategic, intentional design without the agency price tag.

So
about the name...
The name Wishbone didn't come from a branding exercise or a late night brainstorm. It came from a moment just before graduation, sitting with one of my favorite design friends, dreaming out loud about the studios we'd have one day. Wishbone came up and something about it just stuck. I loved it so much I bought the domain that same day.
She even gave me a bracelet with a little wishbone charm on it. I'm pretty sure it's still packed away somewhere â like a little reminder that some wishes are worth holding onto.
For the next fourteen years I showed up to a 9-5 in design, learning everything I could and quietly carrying Wishbone with me the whole time. Until one day it wasn't just a dream anymore. It was time. And...that's the thing about wishes. If you hold onto them long enough, they have a way of becoming real.

Here's something I noticed after years of working in design. So many incredible business owners had the dream, the passion, and the drive, but had absolutely no idea where to start when it came to their brand. That gap felt like exactly where I was supposed to show up.

I know what makes a brand work, not just look good. And I genuinely geek out over the potential of every business I come across. The dreams they're carrying, the ideas they can't stop thinking about, the businesses they're brave enough to bet on. I get to take all of that and turn it into something they're proud to show the world. And I make sure the whole process feels fun getting there.
